Delivery & Returns

Order Policy

• After we have received your order, any Cancellation order/ item/ color/ size in the order list is not allowed.
• Change of mind is unfortunately not applicable.

Shipping Policy

• All Orders will be shipped in 7 working days excluding Weekends & Public Holidays.
• Orders submitted after 12 pm will be processed the next working day.
• Tracking Number emailed once shipped.
• For Klang Valley, delivery takes 1-3 working days. Kindly note that we are unable to deliver on weekends and public holidays.
• For shipping to other Malaysian states, delivery can vary from 3-7 working days.
• Deliveries are operated by ABX Express OR Ninja Van
• Kindly note that we experience high volume of orders during our sale periods and this often results in delays in delivery – we apologise in advance for the inconvenience.

Return Policy

• Online Purchase (Website) : Return valid for defect or faulty item.

Refunds

• Refunds are not applicable on these collection.
