All return items must be returned as follows:

  • UN-WORN
  • UN-IRONED
  • UN-ALTERED
  • UNUSED / NOT AFTER WEAR ITEM

Apart from that, the returned item condition must come along with ALL TAGS INTACT for Outlet Credit ONLY.

The returned item(s) must be posted to Us within 5 (FIVE) working days after receiving your order (both local and international).

* Shipping/postage cost will be borne by the customer and strictly will be non-exchangeable for cash (No Cash Refund).
